S-au pair is an international mediation agency, with offices in  The Netherlands, South America and Asia  recruiting and selecting au pairs.
S-au pair Intermediate is, for instance, the promoter and co-founder of the NAPO (Netherlands Au Pair Organisation), we are members of the IAPA (International Au Pair Assocation), and S-au pair Intermediate is the sole representative in the Netherlands and in Belgium of goAUPAIR, an au pair agency working at national level in the USA.

We work using a "no cure-no pay" system.
This means that you don't pay us any subscriber’s fees. You will only pay us a placement-/mediation fee if you agree to an au pair contract offered by our agency.

Due to collaborating with many au pair agencies (in 41 countries) and with (international) partners all over the world (East and West Europe, Asia, Africa, North, Central and South America), we have free access to the largest on line au pair database in the Benelux. All our au pairs have been carefully  screened and can speak English, French, Spanish or German.

The candidates from Peru, Venezuela, Indonesia and Ukraine attend a comprehensive S-au pair course in their country of origin in preparation for their staying in The Netherlands or in Belgium. Then, after her/his arrival, your au pair will attend a special au pair course conducted by our orthopedagogist / Psychologist with the aim to properly apply her/his tasks and responsibilities on a daily basis.
